The activities carried out include the following services:
- Coordination of ongoing activities: interference checks, material procurement, plant shutdown organization
- Safety: inspection and control of PPE and drafting of the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC) and site reports
- Quality check: verification of project compliance and assurance of the required quality standards
- Work schedule check: attention and control of the details in the project “Time-schedule”
- Administrative activities: verification of suppliers’ work progress reports (SAL) and control of variations
- Validation: collection of technical documentation, plant forms and certification
